Sheraton Group has further strengthened its presence in Hartlepool after completing the acquisition of No. 20 Scarborough Street.
The newly secured property sits adjacent to the company’s existing building at No. 18, which is currently undergoing refurbishment. Both premises are set to be transformed into a high-quality bar, restaurant and gaming venue, designed to offer a premium hospitality experience and attract both residents and visitors to the area.
By bringing No. 20 into its growing portfolio, Sheraton Group is positioning itself to enhance and expand its plans for the site, reinforcing its long-term commitment to regeneration and investment within Hartlepool.
The forthcoming venue at No. 18 aims to deliver a stylish and welcoming setting, contributing positively to the local economy, generating approximately 20 – 30 new jobs across a range of skill levels and supporting the wider revitalisation of Scarborough Street.
